Ambassador Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the SafeTeensOnline Ambassador Program. We are excited that you are considering joining us in our goal in raising awareness on online safety and security among teenagers. Our mission is to educate young adults about internet safety and create awareness in the community through peers, tools, and knowledge that enable them to use the internet in a safe and secure manner. Online Survey
We are high school students creating awareness about safety and security while communicating online. We are collecting preliminary information in order to understand the need and basic knowledge in this area using this survey. This anonymous survey is applicable to students who are either in middle school, high school or college. The survey results will be used only to assist us with the awareness campaign.
